Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original L · E · J box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
